Business Transformation Alliance, branded as BTA, is a Singapore-based business transformation alliance with six members - ACCO Technology Pte Ltd, AutoSense Pte Ltd, GreenLeanSys Pte Ltd, Gurusoft Pte Ltd, Progression Consultancy Pte Ltd and RV Manpower Pte Ltd. It was established in 2011 to leverage on the collective transformation competencies to deliver more value for customers and stakeholders than any single Alliance member can generate. Transformation services provided by BTA include Productivity Transformation, Outsourcing Transformation, Infocomm Transformation and People Transformation.

After several months of integration, BTA has adopted common best business practices in marketing and promotion, service delivery, project management, productivity improvement and Code of Service Excellence Practice. It is now in the process of expanding the alliance network to include additional members with transformation competencies to complement and enhance the overall service portfolio of BTA.
