Software Sales Specialist
Purpose
The Software Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying new leads/accounts within the assigned products/territory markets as well as to meet the desired targeted accounts’ goals. He/She shall be the contact point of communication supporting and resolving all accounts’ enquires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for orders and revenue growth of assigned products in Singapore
- Responsible for account management, identification of new targeted accounts, and improvement of overall market share and profitability
- Act as the primary sales and account management professional and maintain close relationship with customers
- To perform cold calls and look for SME prospects to market Software.
- Conduct discussions with customers to identify their requirements and design solutions that best meets their needs.
- To perform product presentations of proposed solutions highlighting the technical and operational benefits to customers.
- To follow up the sales cycle till closed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- Preferably with experience in marketing Accounting software
- Aggressive, Customer Driven, Resourceful and Self Motivated
- Strong business acumen and understanding in both technology and business issues
- Ability to build strong rapport with senior management staff of prospect
- Ability to learn and keep abreast with new technologies
- Affable personality with natural ability to work well in both an independent capacity; as well as being team-oriented with colleagues in a multi-cultural environment
- Professional and confident in interacting with both internal and external customers, and demonstrating a positive and outgoing personality
- Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Fresh graduates and technical personnel specialize in certain industry vertical are welcome
Sales Co-ordinator
Purpose
The Sales Co-ordinator is to provide administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotations
- To process and follow-up on Sales Orders till delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/PC Literate
- At least 2 years purchasing/sales experience preferably in IT industry
- Good communication, listening and organizational skills
- Team spirit with a determination to learn and excel
Indoor Sales Executive
Purpose
The Indoor Sales Executive provides customer service to existing and new customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on Sales Leads
- To answer customer’s enquiries regarding the products
- To source for products
- Building up rapport (relationship) with existing customers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Sales/Marketing/IT or GCE ‘A’ Level/PC Literate
- Experience in selling IT products and solutions will be an added advantage
- Good communication, listening and organizational skills
- Team spirit with a determination to learn and excel
Outdoor Sales Executive
Purpose
The Outdoor Sales Executive sources for new customers and new opportunities with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales revenue targets through the identification and development of new businesses including the management of existing accounts
- Develop and implement sales/marketing strategies that will meet these targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT or Business Administration major in Marketing
- Preferably 2-3 years experience in Sales/Marketing of IT-related or office services industry
- Must be motivated & results driven
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
IT Marketing Executive
Purpose
The IT Marketing Executive is responsible for corporate communications, implementing marketing strategies to positively enhance the company’s corporate profile via various appropriate channels and implementing lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyses market intelligence on industry trends and competitors products.
- Understand market needs; keep abreast of technology developments/trends and competitive situation.
- Ability to source for new products to meet changing market needs, including the development of business cases.
- Responsible for the product performance, price plans, profitability and market share.
- Manage the planning and execution of Marketing Programs from concept through project management to execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field with minimum 3 years' of marketing experience. (Marketing qualification preferred.)
- Relevant experience in IT Hardware /Peripherals brand management will be a plus.
- Proven product marketing and retail background/knowledge.
- Well organized and possess strong project management skills and experience working across groups.
- Self motivated, positive disposition, driven and customer service orientated.
