- Project Management: Use PMP-centric project management methodology to manage the realisation of enterprise design into workable solution for deployment into operations.
- Product Vendor Coordination: To plan and coordinate the timely delivery of IT systems required for integration with vendor.
- Pre-integration Testing: To ensure IT systems are tested and prepared before actual system integration.
- RMA Management: Our consultants will coordinate and manage the RMA return if systems are identified as faulty during Pre-integration Testing.
- Systems Integration and Deployment: Professional service to translate and implement the enterprise design, integration documentation and quality assurance.
- Operations Transition and Training: To ensure a smooth transition of newly implemented system into operation.
